Are Singaporean citizens exempted from Vietnam visa 2019?
Thanks to the easy movement between Vietnam and many countries, foreigners nowadays come to Vietnam more and more day by day. However, Vietnam also has a policy that allows foreigners from some countries enter without a visa. Nationals of certain countries may visit Vietnam without visa for a period of time and there is a list of countries and regions that have Visa Waiver arrangements with Vietnam. So Are Singaporean citizens exempted from Vietnam visa?
Vietnam is an Asian country that has lots of beautiful landscape, ancient towns, modern cities, delicious food and hospitable locals. As any countries, Vietnam also requires you a visa to enter, but there are also has exemption: citizens from 24 countries are exempted from visa. Which countries are exempt from Vietnam visa?
If you are a Singaporean passport holders, you are not required for a Vietnam visa for less than 30 days. However, in case you plan to stay there more than 30 days, you still have to apply for it as usual. - Foreign passports are exempted from visa requirements to Phu Quoc island for no longer than 30 days. If they transit through other international airports in Vietnam before arriving Phu Quoc, they are still eligible for the exemption.
- APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) holders with valid passports are exempted from Vietnam visa requirements for a stay of no longer than 60 days.
